Plan and run user research for our clients and turn what you learn into clear design decisions.
What you’ll do
Run interviews, usability tests and surveys
Write short reports that teams actually read
Work with designers to turn findings into next steps
What we’re looking for
Four or more years of UX research experience
Experience with both qualitative and quantitative methods
Clear written English; Spanish is a plus
How we hire
A first call, a review of past research with two of our team and a short paid project. It usually takes about three weeks.
