Our weekly review format: 30 minutes, one prototype, a few clear questions and a decision.
Before the review
We share the prototype a day early with the questions we need answered, so everyone arrives prepared.
During the review
Five minutes to recap the goal
Fifteen minutes to walk through the prototype
Ten minutes to agree on next steps
After the review
We send a short summary of what was decided within the hour. If it isn’t written down, it wasn’t decided.
